finally a clean convenient and yummy protein option! protein bars of this sort are usually off putting and taste like play dough so it was a relief that these weren’t that at all. perfectly chewy, chocolatey, and love that there are no seed oils or refined sugars. great on its own or chopped up on top of a yogurt bowl. i don’t get bloated after eating these and will continue to repurchase!

For me protein bar are perfect quick snack before or after gym or when I am just hungry. Love atlas one because they offer a good balance of protein, carbs and fats with simply ingredients and only 1 g of sugar!I enjoy combination of dark chocolate and almond.Atlas is an easy choice for me to add more protein to my diet and I like the texture of this bar.It is so delicious and doesn’t even taste like I am eating protein bar.Highly recommend it.

The bars were delicious to me, but my pals shared mixed reviews. They reminded me of a condensed brownie (yum!) and gave me just the right energy boost, but others said the bars were kind of hard to chew or a tad gooey around the outside. Well I have been ordering these bars regularly for probably three years now and they decided to change the formula, change the recipe which to change the texture and the flavor, one box that I got was decent and then this box taste like nothing. I’m not sure why some of these companies Grow and then they change what’s working. I’m now on the hunt for a new supplier. This is not the first time it’s happened, I had another company that I purchased a lot of bars from I usually purchase two boxes a month so I’m a decent consumer probably a much higher than average consumer And with that company they changed the recipe and so I found another company.

I usually have a high tolerance for protein bars, but these bars tasted horrible. Please save yourself the money and do not get these bars. The worst part is that you cannot return them!

Great, nutritionally for keto.And has a good taste.It does have a tendency of sticking to teeth, i reccomend microwaving it on a plate for 20-30 seconds, helps alot with the chewiness and honestly makes it almost feel like you are eating a cake until it fully cools down and goes back to chewy.

I bought these before and something has changed. They have more carbs and the flavor and texture is different.
