I already had one of these but bought another for my caravan. Best knife I've EVER used, always sharp, easy to clean and puts just about anything with great ease. Lice it.

Bought the chef’s and pairing knife together after I had the mid size knife for about 7 years of heavy daily use. Sadly the other day while I was slicing some thick cheese the plastic section where the blade goes in to the handle snapped causing the blade to come out. Although on the package there is written that is safe to wash these knives in the dishwasher I think the main reason why the plastic section of the handle broke is because it crystallised over the years due to the high dishwasher water temperature eventually causing failure. Considering the knife was used heavily as my favourite knife on a daily basis, I don’t expect stuff to last forever and I happily bought another two knives and I rate them 5 out of 5 for price, quality and sharpness.

My old ceramic had a lump at the base of the blade that made proper slicing impossible, but this one is a joy to use, holds very well in the hand and is easy to control. The blade is sharper than any Ive used to date and goes thru squashy tomatoes so easily ! Fully recommended ! UPDATE, ordered 9 March 2022. Used every day since, and works extremely well, BUT, even having seen reviews regarding its fragility, and taking great care not to apply any undue sideways force, I still managed to snap the blade where it enters the handle.... So, got to drop a star.

I have used ceramic knives for several years, and needed a replacement. I thought the old knife was still sharp, but realised the difference when I first used this one! Has a good guard to use in the drawer, and as always with these knives needs care- they are fragile, chip easily and break if twisted, but very useful in the kitchen and last well if you are careful.

Excellent quality at great value

This is the fourth knife I’ve had, the first two were great, however the last two have lasted only a couple of uses before the blade breaks where it joins the handle. We bought and stored the knife before using but extremely disappointed and won’t buy again. Earlier purchases were more robust, now had two bad experiences would caution people against buying based on my experience. Last knife broke as I was cutting pre cut garlic bread, not exactly a hard substance.

I ordered this knife and the 10cm paring knife as a present for my dad so haven't actually used it yet. However he bought this exact knife a couple of years ago and it was amazing, super sharp, it can accurately cut really thin slices of cheese/tomato/chorizo, anything really, it remained the best knife we had even years after we got it and consistently outperformed our steel knives even after they had just been sharpened! It got used daily for at least two/three years until I snapped it crushing Garlic (something it tells you not to do in the care instructions but I did several times with no problem (until it broke😂)) I know snapping blades is a common problem with ceramic knives, especially the smaller ones, but this one will last if you treat it correctly. Would definitely recommend!

Das Messer sieht sehr wertig aus. Die Schneide ist hervorragend. Ich würde das Messer jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Ottimo ed affilato come un rasoio. La custodia forse è un po' difficoltosa da infilare, ma basta stare attenti come si dovrebbe sempre fare quando si maneggia un coltello.

Me suis fie aux commentaires pour choisir ce couteau et bien je ne le regrette pas, il coupe bien, se nettoie bien et tient bien dans la main. livraison bien respectée en délai et emballage.

Buenísimo. Estoy encantado con el sobre todo para cortar frutas y verduras. Tamaño ideal y se limpia sin problemas. Muy afilado.
