I'm baking this at high altitude (9000 feet), should adjustments be made; if so, what? I contacted Mam Papaul's but didn't receive a response.

Baking for 9000 feet, oven should be pre heated about 26 degrees above what temp is called for. The pan size should also be the correct size or larger as it may spill over at higher altitude.Best of luck!!
