excellent quality chocolate! Yum!

I'm not a huge dark chocolate fan, but I wanted to make a variety of different chocolates, so I purchased this, along with some of their milk chocolate. Their quality is second to none! This stuff is wonderful to work with. Easy to temper. Mixes perfectly with the milk chocolate to give a milder mid-depth flavor. It's just super yum!

Nous ne consommons que du Valrhona et cela depuis for longtemps. La conservation est excellente comme la qualité des chocolats de la marque. Acheté par 3 kilos vous procurera un prix incomparable et l'avantage de ne jamais tomber en rupture.
