Great condition!
As I've stated on the other two 2013 Theros challenge decks, the box and cards are in pristine condition even now in 2021. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to relive 2013 Theros!

Challenging sometimes, but not too bad.
You don't need to have hero cards to beat this deck, also the three turns at the beginning let you prep for the fight, which is really nice. Challenging sometimes, but if you can get a couple of 3/4s, you basically win the game. It is more fun than the "Journey into Nyx: Defeat a God Challenge Deck", which is really difficult without hero cards, which I don't have any.

Horde King
I love collecting magic the gathering event challenge decks and this one is one of my favorites. I love how fast and easy I got my event challenge deck after I clicked order and I am having fun to the fullest playing it.

Fun and casual
Brutally challenging with casual decks that weren't designed for this. It's winnable and fun, it doesn't feel cheap at any point.Best with three or more players.

Training Partner
Good buy its my new training partner. Its hard to beat for sure I went in thinking it would be an easy win and it slowly gets rid of everything and breaks you.10/10

Uninspiring Aggro Deck
I guess this one's fun in the sense that you're playing against the equivalent of someone who draws four cards per turn, has six mana, and casts minotaurs and minotaur-pumper spells. But, really, WotC, after 30+ years of Magic, this is the best you can come up with? I guess part of the meta-game is to make a deck that barely defeats this deck to provide some tension during play, but I think you're better off making your own "cast two cards per turn" deck. Art's good, though.

Sealed deck with only paper playmat, not the full packaging with vinyl playmat
Per MTG Salvation: The Challenge Deck is a special self-running deck with its own set of rules, which are printed on the Game Day vinyl playmat. A paper copy of the playmat is included with each Challenge Deck. The 60 card deck contains 15 different cards, which for the first times include artifacts. When I ordered this, it still had the photo showing the larger packaging, with the vinyl playmat, and did not state it was sealed deck only (which has the paper playmat inside the deck box). Since my order, the description and photo have been updated to what I received, instead of what I ordered. Since this appears to be a common issue from multiple sellers of the challenge deck, it is product review worthy, not just seller review worthy. As to the deck itself, it works out well as an alternative to casual pre-constructed or theme decks for me to use when teaching my wife and kids.
