Refurb was a really bad idea!
This refurbed product was a bad buy. I have had 2 motherboards fail since purchase. I can't spend any more money on it.

AS GOOD AS NEW!!
I actually had this item ordered new but had new employee and could not wait the 3 more weeks for delivery. Looking for an alternative, I found this and ordered it. Based on this purchase and another for some sound equipment I ordered for my son previously from this company, I am going to check it first before I order any more new equipment. Why pay more for nothing extra?

No Cord
This arrived wrapped in some kid’s homework and with no cord or instructions. So, I can’t tell you anything about it’s performance. Completely disappointing so I returned it.

Looks and feels great but hard to open, and then the Screen was faulty
I really wanted to like this laptop - It's a very portable size and felt great in the hand, and it had great specs along with Thunderbolt 3. But the first thing I noticed was that it was hard to open because there's no notch or latch to do this with, at least I couldn't find one. Then when I was going through the setup I noticed that the screen had these strange white marks "inside" the screen if that makes any sense. The marks were more noticeable on a blue background than say a white or black background. They looked like smudges at first, but wiping the screen did nothing, unless they were smudges between the LCD and the Digitizer? Definitely not worth the $1000 plus that I spent on it. Anyhow, I returned it right away.

Horrible
I know the device is refurbished but the device came with the battery overheating and shutting off by itself when on battery for more than 20 mins.

Don't Buy
Computer does not turn on anymore. Didn't even last a year and now it's a very expensive paperweight. Dell support charging me $60 just to ship and won't allow me to ship directly - how dumb is that? And how convenient my computer died only a month after warranty expires. Coincidence?Rather than go through the hassle, I opted to buy a brand new computer from a DIFFERENT brand. This computer is awful anyway. Keyboard is over-responsive and so will enter keys you didn't press. Cannot turn off the stupid monitor auto brightness despite going through every hardware blog and trying everything. Camera is on the bottom and so will make you look stupid in front of any remote meeting. Not even an old USB port in case you don't have USB 3. Stupid all around.Never buying Dell again. Won't give them a penny.

Demasiado golpes y fallos
No es un equipo que alguien regreso porque no le gustó, parece que fue un equipo que usaron por mucho tiempo y lo regresaron en muy mal estado.
