Good Non-synthetic vitamins
This is a good quality vitamin that dosn't upset my stomach. It is always better to take natural supplements (body recognizes) over synthetic (foreign to body).

Bottle was broken
They product itself seems to be genuine and potent and fresh. However the bottle was broken when I received it. I had to ask for a refund which Amazon did immediately without any evidence. I am posting this also for evidence in the event it happens again and it's not as easy to get a refund. That being said, I am concerned about ordering again. The package should be far more padded for a glass bottle. I do believe this is a fault of Amazon shipping and not the company that provides the vitamins.

Once daily multivitamin for men with just what you need
I like that these vitamins and minerals are either whole foods or delivered in what they call a "food state." I like that it's iron free and it's a once daily tablet. I have no digestive issues taking this supplement as I usually do with supplements that contain ascorbic acid or mega doses of B-vitamins.

Folic acid? Not for MTHFR compromised customers...
Would give 5 stars if the folic acid in this product was replaced with a methylated form.
