The candelabra is very beautiful in person. However, it was a little bit of a run around. First time I ordered, the base was beat up a bit, the center arm and topcup was missing, and not enough crystals. I placed a second order. Again the base was a little beat up, not enough crystals, and one of the hoops where you hang the crystal was broken. Good thing I didn't send back the first order. I was able to get the missing crystals and change one of the hands. 3 stars because it is beautiful, otherwise I would have given it a 1 star.

Actually, it is beautiful and seems well made with quality materials. I am sure it will be well received. I highly recommend it.

Trate de que se viera las manchas de óxido que tiene el portavelas...me preocupa porque es posible que la corrosión siga expandiéndose. Es lamentable que no sea buen material. Que me sugieren que haga???

I was skeptical at first with other reviews. But when I received it today, it’s absolutely gorgeous. The candle arrived a little crooked, tilting to one side. But I was able to straighten it right away with literally very little effort. I like it so much I ended up placing an order for another one. I’m going to put them on my fireplace. Sparkling!

Their customer service was super helpful. One of the crystals cane broken and I emailed and they responded immediately sending replacement crystals. We liked it so much we ordered another one

Very nice, only complaint is that it is plastic covered in chrome..

Parts missing. Not impressed.I was contacted by the company and within a day the missing parts were identified and should be shipped. Overall satisfaction is above expectations.
