Japanese Shio Kombu (Salted Kelp), 28g

Just wanted to say that this product is super salty and to use Half of what you think you need or follow the recipe to the letter when using this product. I will say it adds a flavor and salt to other wise bland dishes. A+

My SIL introduced me to onigiri, she puts this stuff inside and wraps with a strip of nori, and why dont mine taste as good as hers?? My life is forever changed, please never stop making this.

I really love shiokonbu on steamed white rice, and this really is like the packs that you can buy in Japanese stores like Aeon. The shipping was pretty fast, and although you don't get a whole lot of it in a bag, it is the same amount that you would get in Japan, just more expensive due to the shipping price and it being an import. Would highly recommend for people in the U.S. who miss shiokonbu as much as I do!

The package arrived with a big slit, but the seller refunded immediately, which was good.

This product contains MSG, which I try to avoid buying and eating. If I had known this product contained MSG, I would not have bought it. There is nothing in the description indicating thus. It only states, "salted kelp". Also, the quantity is quite small; only about a Small handful in the entire bag.
