National Laboratory Notebook, 5 x 5 Quad Ruling, Black Hard Cover, 11" x 8.5", 60 Sheets (43591)

This is a great lab notebook if you don't need the carbon copies! I wouldn't really consider the paper heavyweight though. It felt a lot more like medium weight. With that little detail aside though, I love love this notebook for my labs! I purchased it originally for my Organic Chemistry class, and it has now become my go to for lab notebooks! Love love the fact that its 8.5 x 11 and hard covered! Helps prevent the paper from getting wrinkled in my backpack! My only concern is that the price seems to be going up on this notebook :/ even at 7.99 I thought it was a tad expensive. Now its over 10. I docked it a star for the price.

The quality of the paper in this book is quite good. I use a ballpoint pen with it, but could easily use a fountain pen without worry about ink spread. The one thing that's important to me and that's missing is page numbers! In fact, I would have liked a footer on each page with the pre-printed page number, a space for the signatures of the author and reviewer and the date the lab notes on that page were reviewed.

It's a simple, practical lab notebook if you want a cheap one. It's pretty well made and should hold up for a few semesters. The pages are just plain graph paper, no header or footer lines, no page numbers, so be prepared for that. Sharpie markers bleed through the page, ballpoint pen doesn't.

This lab book is beautiful. I think that the regular lab books are around 5 dollars at my university but this one is way better than them if you don't need a carbon copy. Everyone really likes the way it looks and I got compliments on it right away. The pages are thick enough so you can make drawings in there and they won't bleed through. I recommend this item for any Chem or Bio class that needs a lab book.

This is, hands down, the best lab notebook I've ever owned. I am using it for an organic chemistry class and so far it has remained unscathed. Hardcover, quad ruled, quality paper. The one small complaint I have is that the notebook I received wasn't black but gray. Nevertheless, this notebook is so good I look forward to writing in it!

I've worked in research for more than 20 years and this is the only place I can still find this type of experimental notebook; I keep my notes in chronological as well as subject order and this makes my life, and my PI's life, so much easier than standard notebooks.

I bought these notebooks for my undergraduate students to use for their laboratory notebooks. It is sturdy, bound, and has high quality paper. The pages are not numbered and there are not triplicate carbon pages, but the notebook si very good as a lab notebook.

These are great books. Well put together, solid, the pages aren't going to come out. I use them for daily notes and project tracking, so they get quite a bit of use. I like that they're simple and clean in design and that I can get ahold of more once I fill one up.

Me pareció un poco alto el precio, pero lo vale. Muy buen material, trae pocas paginas, pero la calidad del papel es bastante buena y la cuadrícula de un azul bien entintado.
