20", 27/613 I fell in LOVE with the color. (10 stars!) The texture is like flat-ironed, no tangling, 8 packs at a price far less than walking into a store to purchase. The style I created (I crocheted some hair into the hair sectioned on top of my head) I only used a bit more than 1.5 packs. The remaining packs will be more than enough to finish the back of my head, but that may never be due to disability, so the remaining hair could be considered a lifetime supply in my world. Very good value. I only needed to buy this twice to be on the safe side for me get box braids. The bundles are thick enough to get the job done. Doesn’t tangle really, then again, I had it braided. My braider had no issue using the hair and setting it with hot water so it was easy to braid for her. Lasted me a good 3 months, probably could have pushed it to four but I wanted a different style. My gripe is how stiff it looks when freshly done but it softens over time.

I love how soft it is and the color is beautiful but not all of the packs are pre stretched. I had to stretch it myself causing some product loss. With that said I will still order this specific hair again in the future.*Edited Review*It gave my daughter a rash on her head after a week of use! Her scalp was left red, itchy, and bumpy, even bleeding in the front! I will never purchase this product again! I have done her hair 5 times now, usually with hair from our local hair supply store, and this has never happened! Not to mention the hair smells like vinegar!

I've used itch free hair before, this is one of the worst for other styles other than braids. And it still itches a little

Hair texture is light and does not tangle when braiding and feels human like. A good choice and alternate to human hair minus the price of human hair product comes with plenty packages of hair as indicated per order.
