Some cheat days are ok
I was doing keto and had a fall back after eating one doughnut. A quick search on amazon brought me to this product. It had great reviews so I gave it a try. I was amazed how in just a couple of days I was back in ketosis already. I've been cheating with a bit of pizza and other carbs every now and then but does not seem to affect my ketosis. This product is the best!

Use it if you want to quit sugar
