Go, Go, Pirate Boat (New Nursery Rhymes)

Lovely book with bright colours and a playful adaptation of the favourite ‘row, row, row the boat’ song. Our granddaughter will love it!

You read or sing this book to the tune of 'Row, Row, Row Your Boat'. It has bright and bold pictures. This is a great interactive book loved by my grandchildren so now buying as a present.

I love this pirate book. It follows a really nice story about pirates sailing across the sea to find treasure & coming home for tea. It follows the rhythm of a song, which makes it super exciting for kids.I use this with sensory play. It is a household favourite now that I have bought for many friends with little ones.

The Whales on the bus' and 'Go, Go Pirate Boat' by Katrina Charman and Nick SharattI bought these yesterday. My son loves 'Car, Car, Truck, Jeep' so I thought he enjoy these too.He has absolutely loved these this morning. Up at 6am and we have read them both lots of times already! Both can be sung to nursery rhymes (The Wheels on the Bus and Row, Row your Boat) which makes them perfect for this age.The illustrations by Nick Sharatt are stunning and Harry had enjoyed naming all the different animals and sea creatures.Such brilliant books.

In the same series as 'Car Car Truck Jeep' which you sing along to the tune of Bah Bah Blacksheep, this is sung to the tune of 'Row your boat.' Being Pirate themed, it isnt as relevent to an 18m old, as he has no concept of pirates yet! But I am sure give him a few years and it will have a lot more meaning, Car Car Truck Jeep is much better for little toddlers in my opinion as they are more likely to see Cars, Ambulances in there day to day life, so resonates with them more. Great idea though, so would recommend.

My baby loved "Car, Car, Truck, Jeep" so we ordered this book too. She still enjoys the Car book much more than this one, but it's nice to have a little change of tune in the house after being requested countless times to sing the Car book. Overall I'd recommend getting both books. Nice and easy rhyme, no problem with singing to the tune.

We adored Car, Car, Truck, Jeep and this latest book is just as good. The author is a genius for coming up with such a unique idea of telling a story to a familiar nursery rhyme tune (this time Row, Row, Row your Boat). They are simply perfect for pre-schoolers. I would highly recommend.
