The tips and charts are particularly helpful for someone like me who is always trying to convert recipes to the Instant Pot. The book covers all of the functions of the Instant Pot and the recipes range from homemade yogurt to lamb and chickpea stew. When I saw The Essential Instant Pot Cookbook, I knew I had to get it. It would be great to expand our recipes for the Instant pot. Highly recommend!

I have had my instant pot for three weeks and have tried a beef roast, beef stew, hard boiled eggs, rice and then I found this book.I read the intro pages and found them very interesting. The recipes look good and I will certainly be trying them in the future.It was a nice intro to the cooker and I wish I read it first.

This is an amazing book. I’m completely satisfied with this cookbook. First of all, the price is great; it’s absolutely affordable for anybody with Internet and PC. Secondly, this cookbook has a lot of variety and will definitely become a family pleaser, no matter the age of the family members. I love it.

This book has so many recipes that sound delicious and are actually good for you too. What I really appreciated is that there are so many that are vegetarian, gluten free, vegan, or paleo. Essentially, there is something that pretty much anyone can eat, no matter what they are comfortable eating.

Simple clear instructions. A real great variety of foods: standards like mac & cheese, chili, wings. I like the variety of recipes in this book as well as how healthy many of them are. I like how the recipes have the nutrition facts on the bottom.

Very poorly written recipes. Have no idea how this book has gotten the ratings it has. For example, the recipe for Cod in White Sauce does not include how to make the white sauce. This sort of thing is prevalent throughout the book. There is so much room left on all the pages, it would have taken very little effort to expound a bit more.

This is the perfect instant pot cookbook for all, especially for a beginner. All the basic and recent update are discussed by the author. This is a user manual as well. With the help of this guide, you can care your instant pot. In this book, I have got recipes for everyday meals.

This was a really good cookbook. Excellent easy to follow, step by step recipes with helpful tips for substituting for ingredients you may not have on hand. Nice variety of recipes to use in my Instant Pot pressure cooker.
