Hoya49mm UV Haze NXT HMC Filter

Good quality, have been using it for a couple of months with no issue. Does not impact image quality significantly.

Well made, good quality glass. Has good UV filtration. Protects lens on any 49 mm camcorder.

I am not a Pro, but I like taking pictures of my kids and I'd rather use a decent camera than my mobile phone. I wanted a filter to keep my lens dust free and to filter some lights. This is good for my needs. Hoya is the best brand.

Comes with dust and the edges have residue that’s impossible to clean. Pictures look like crap the glare is heavy. Waste of time with this.

fits great on my panasonic HC-C770 Camcorder. protects the camera and it reduces the haze in the sunlight

If lens protection is your primary concern, then this filter fits the bill. It's well made and fairly priced.

Hoya continues to make quality camera filters. Others out there do also but I find Hoya quality to be dependable and reliable.
