Nice paint to use if you can work quickly
I've bought this paint several times now in a couple of different shades and have always found it easy to work with, providing that you're able to work relatively quickly and consistently. It does start to dry quickly, more so if it's warm out or if you're in direct sun. In such conditions it's easy to overwork the paint and end up with less than perfect areas. This is more easily forgiven on woodgrain type surfaces. As such I would recommend getting all your prep work done first and using on cooler/warm days, avoiding direct sunlight and the heat of summer. With that said, the quick dry time does have the advantage that you can get a second coat done on same day if required.I originally painted our red UPVC front door in shade "Grey" and the coverage was brilliant with just one coat required (and most of the tin left). However, it was a bit lighter than expected and I ended up going over it with shade "Charcoal" around 6 months later. I've added a photo of each for comparison. The Charcoal went on well too, but did need a few touch ups after the first coat. However, we were so impressed with the colour I went on to paint our garage doors also. This required 2 coats per door and was going over over white. In total I required 2x tins of charcoal paint. This covered the front door (1 full coat with touchups) and 2 garage doors (x2 coats per door) and there's approximately half a tin left.I would definitely recommend this paint and will always look to use it for any similar projects in future. We have not had the same experience as a couple of the lower rated reviews with regards to marks, chipping or peeling. We had the "Grey" shade on our UPVC front door for several months with no marks, chips or peeling and no touch ups needed. Perhaps this is shade or surface dependant.

Excellent finish
Bought this paint to freshen up our kitchen doors as I was wanting a gloss finish, but not the smell or drying time of normal gloss. I was impressed by the coverage and finish of this paint, and our kitchen now has a new look, I would suggest using a small roller and two coats as I found this the best way to apply it

Brilliant Paint
I purchased in white gloss for my dark grey kitchen cabinets, what a massive improvement it's made, my kitchen looks so bright and brand new, I purchased it but when it arrived the lid was off and all the paint was spilt, however I received a replacement the following day, with no problems, it did take 3 coats but I was covering a dark colour with white so expected it would, it goes so much further than you would think, I completed 9 cabinet doors, 4 drawers and still had some left, so although a bit expensive it's definitely worth the price, I applied it with a small roller it's easy to apply and doesn't drip, I completed my kitchen in a day and a half, I'm a complete novice, never painted anything before, and it does appear to be water resistant. I thought I would have to buy another tin or 2 but the 1 litre size was big enough for my kitchen, it looks like a brand new kitchen for under £30 I would highly recommend it.

Best paint I have used
I am decorating my house from top to bottom because it is so outdated (by decades!) I have used so many different types of paint - which frankly are pretty poor. The one that stands out is The One. It is thick, covers well and you dont have to use as much of it. I used it on my dining room lino and after only two coats it is working really well. If you walk on it it feels like velvet - absolutely gorgeous - and I use a damp cloth to clean it...I've used it on walls (1 coat) and wallpaper (2 coats) where it doesnt streak even after the second coat. The only thing with this paint is that there are limited colours - but if you just want a basic colour like blue, red, green then I would go for this paint all the time.

Leaking paint
The 1ltr paint was leaking it was in a plastic bag inside a box which was in another box with other items luckily other items not damaged. It was meant to be upright but was on its side & leaked. Please contact me with what I should do as returning it would risk it leaking more.

Beautiful primer+paint
The media could not be loaded. Very beautiful paint; no priming required. Goes on smoothly and dries within a very short time. I love it!

The worst paint I have ever used - bar none.
I had such high hopes for this paint when I bought it. The claims were so positive, and in fact the other reviews are too, but I have to say that I disagree with them in every way.First the cost. This cost almost thirty pounds, which is approximately double the cost of the market leader (two tins of the ‘sheepdog’ brand costs just over thirty pounds, and each contains more than this one did).Second the consistency. A runnier, drippier paint can surely never have existed. Seriously, it’s like white water - it runs and drips constantly.Third the covering ability. Used on prepared, sanded primed and undercoated wooden cabinets, it went on like water and was almost translucent, only drying opaque where it ran and collected. And boy does it run and collect. Just like, erm, water.Fourth the workload. After three coats, my cabinet was still, approximately, white. I would’ve needed upwards of six coats of this product to achieve anything like a uniform colour. It was, to me, disgraceful.So. What to do?Well, I bought some proper, non-drip, oil based, paint, rather than this milk, from the brand leader. It was thicker, almost jelly-like in the tin, and covered the cabinet in one go. Sadly, it’ll need one further coat to fully even out the parts where this ‘one paint’ has gathered.I cannot recommend ‘the one paint’ for any job at all. In fact, continual coats were as uneven as the first one. Almost every claim made about this product was, for me, not met in any regard at all.The only feature I found true was its quick drying property - that, alone, is very good.I bought two tins and am returning the second one. Whereas the brand leader just worked. First time.
