Persian Shield Button; Antique Silver Finish. 3/4" (19mm)

I purchased these to replace the buttons on a silk dress that had lost one button. I could not find similar buttons to the originals, so I decided to buy buttons I liked better. I'm very glad. These look much nicer actually, though they stand out the pattern makes that a positive thing. They are small enough, sized as described, and fit perfectly in the existing button holes. The dress looks even nicer now, the design is subdued, but pretty, and blends well with the pattern of the fabric. Very happy with this product as it does not feel or look like cheaply coated material.

I had a hard time finding silver buttons in a store and found this one online. I got it and it is a perfect fit for the jacket I bought it for. The button is attractive and the price was good!

I love the design on the button, but I thought it was bigger. Wanted to use it on a purse I crafted.

These buttons don't look as nice as in the picture. The pattern is very faded and almost like a print; was disappointed with them.

I have used these buttons many times and highly recommend them. They are one-piece solid metal so the danger of the shank breaking off is eliminated.As an historical costumer, it is lovely to find a source for good quality and lovely buttons.
