Product not the size as described
I just received these 2-1/2" grommets, but they are not a true 2-1/2". They ones we received are 2-3/8" and I am going to have to send them back.

Not true to size
I have no problem with the construction and price of these grommets: as commenters/reviewers have noted, they are made of a cheaper, less robust plastic, but if your use is like mine, then you don't need them to be terribly robust. That noted: check sizing before cutting/drilling holes. I bought these because I have a 2½-inch cup saw. These are probably closer to 2⅜-inch in diameter. I shimmed the grommets a bit to get them to fit tight(er) in the openings, but it's not ideal.

Not Actually 2.5" grommet
These are decent grommets but are not 2.5", they will fit and cover the opening but more suit for a 2 3/8" hole.
