I have two fluffy ragdoll cats, so brushing is an absolute must to avoid hairballs. I've tried a few different types of combs and brushes over the years, but this is the only one I've ever had my cats adore. If I'm combing one of them, the other will rush to be next, or even sometimes try to push the other out of the way so that I'll comb them instead. It gets both their top coat as well as the under coat. What I especially love is that it doesn't pull or seem to irritate either of my cats and is the perfect size to get those harder to reach spots like under their legs or around their butt's. They will even willingly let me get their tummies, which is, in my opinion, a huge test to show how well they love this comb. I end up getting a ton of hair off both cats and they're left looking absolutely gorgeous and fluffy. This comb is well worth the price. I honestly wish I'd bought this year's ago.

I have a ragdoll cat who was getting matted. I was replacing a years old BaByliss Pro comb that had broken teeth and bought this one based on reviews of the Claw Claws brush. Purchased both and didn’t even open the Claw Claws. I was surprised with the small size of the Christensen comb but it works great! Very sturdy, I can really get into the mats and my cat is clawing at me less.

I was skeptical spending this much on a comb but I have not regretted it. The comb works great to both comb and remove excess hair. It is leaving my ragdolls with a very elegant look, and has gotten rid of some knots in the making. The quality feels sturdy. Keep the comb at a 90 degree angle to the fur to prevent snagging. Great product.

Best Pet Comb I have ever used. Removes the undercoat very well. Will be giving these as gifts for my friends with pets.

I know, you're thinking "$50? For a comb? For my pet?". I had the same thoughts! I am not a professional groomer, my cat is a short haired mix that was born in a barn, and I've never attended a cat show. So why spend so much on a comb? Because it works!! I've tried many combs, brushes, and grooming tools, and none compare to this comb. It pulls out fur that other combs missed, without cutting or destroying the coat like certain products. I even used it on my long haired mixed breed dog, and I was impressed just how much fur it pulled out! I had a friend of mine who is a professional groomer try it and she was equally impressed. This comb is sturdy, yet beautifully designed. The perfect size for cats, small dogs, and when used on dog faces and legs. I highly recommend this comb!

My long haired cat actually likes this comb which very much surprised me because he absolutely hates being brushed. It glides through his fur smoothly removing undercoat. He even lets me comb fur behind his hind legs which was always a big no-no area to go near when brushing. Took off one star because it is very pricey.

My cats love this comb! They get jealous when I brush the other and cannot wait their turn- see picture 😂 Does a great job with tangles without damaging coat. Helps with shedding too. Won’t be going back to my old brush!!

As a cat groomer I find the cat carding comb a great tool to invest in along with other CC combs. This is my new favorite 😊

Cat loves it! She is an exotic longhair with aton of hair, I've tried many combs and brushes and this one has been the best, goes through knots and matts easily and my cat actually enjoys it! She is so soft and fluffy after. Pricey but well worth it in my mind.

It is an excellent comb and I use brushes by Chris Christianson, But I have to be honest that it didn’t work any better than the other two combs that I had which were much less expensive, so I sent it back.
