Poor quality - one does not lock!
I wasn't expecting these to be amazing, but I at least expected for them to lock. Unfortunately, one lock seems to be fine, but the other does not lock (default code).

Bought these as we were told that we had to have this sort of lock on your cases for going to USA. When they arrived it was easy to follow the instructions and now just have to remember the combination
