These lights are great. Bright, charge easily, and set and forget them. I live in Maine and forgot them over winter. I just flipped the solar panel over yesterday when I noticed them under the melting snow and sure enough, last night I noticed the lights on. They spent nine months outside and through a Maine winter and are working fine. That is a quality product!

They've been coming on every day at dusk since Spring 2022. Work great, weather resistant and solar operated!The first set I attached (hot glue) to the end of a metal watering can hanging above my Jasmine. The twinkle mode appears as trickling water onto the trellis. Next to that are 2 white thrift store glass globes. The lights are curled up inside, creating neat looking garden orbs. The lights look so great, I also added them to a pair of red lanterns I also found at the thrift store. The different modes are fun to apply to different projects.I simply love them and enjoy very much! Thank you!

This is a late review but I just had to write one. I bought these in June 2020 and put them up on my fence in my backyard where they have stayed for almost 2 years. They are still working beautifully after 2 years and 2 Wisconsin winters. I keep waiting for them to fail but they just keep going - crazy good for the price! Have loved looking out in the winter to see them twinkling under a layer of snow. Something even fell on them and broke the strand and I just twisted them back together and they worked fine. I wish everything was made this well!!! If you are looking for lights like these you have found them, they are not only great looking but they are indestructible which is really hard to find anymore.Carolyn

Not as bright as a different set I have. Initially they were bright and held their charge for 6-8 hours. After 5 months the battery doesn't seem to charge well and they are not as bright as they used to be. The panel is facing directly south and gets the post possible sunlight. They only use one AA battery inside, and I will try changing it out for a better quality one. I would recommend looking for a model that has 2 AA batteries.

Time will tell if these will truly be weatherproof and durable. I just got them yesterday. If you're careful when unwinding and don't allow them to tangle they are easy to install. Instructions were simple and clear. I have some concerns that where we have them may not get enough sunlight for good recharging. (They are on a pergola and tree branches do block direct light at times of the day) But it's a risk I chose to accept. They lit up last night and were quite bright for their design. While I was picking my preferred mode 2 people walking down the street called out compliments on the lights.1 MONTH LATER - Even more pleased as they are still doing well. They light up every night and are still going strong when I head off to bed around midnight. I might be ordering more to run along my fence.8 MONTHS LATER - 1 of the 2 strings just full on quit. The night before it was fine. Now nothing. Sad because I was very pleased that they did well in summer even through partial shade by tree leaves as well in the winter with shorter days. I'm debating if I buy a replacement or look for something else.

The media could not be loaded.  Love these lights. I wanted to add some ambiance to back yard. I used them to replace some old solar rope lights that had stopped working. These are great. During the day they can’t be seen and at night they’re beautiful. My old rope lights were ugly during the day and weren’t programmable at night also had to use zip ties to hold them in place as I had them wrapped around my trees. These new ones twinkle so pretty at night and since made of copper wire they hold themselves in place around the trees. Am buying more to accent the driveway. The come on automatically at dusk and last for hours. Also has different modes.

Had these lights for a couple of weeks now. At first they worked great. Now they won’t even last me more then two hours.

Love them! I made Christmasy window boxes, and these are exactly what I was looking for to add to the arrangement. I love the twinkle mode.Only drawback is that my icicle Christmas lights are a little too bright for them, so I have to face the solar part towards the house at night to make it dark enough for them to turn on. But they're solar lights, so that's obviously to be expected.
