Dolfin Dark Chocolate with Lavender

I just came back from Maui and brought some lavender chocolate bars from the AKL lavender farm home with me. I wanted to see if there was anyplace else that made lavender chocolates and I found this company. The chocolate is just as good as the one from Maui and I like the bits of lavender in it. I will be buying more from this company.

My New favorite! The smooth chocolate with bits of lavender is like no other. What a special treat. Not something you're going to gobble down fast, take your time with a square and let it just melt in your mouth. Wonderful!

Tastes like Heaven

This was excellent chocolate but contains actual lavender flowers which was texturally a bit off-putting at first. Eventually I decided I didn't mind them and enjoyed the remainder of the bar.

The quality is not as good as other Belgian chocolates as it contains soy lecithin. I really didn't enjoy the dried lavender bits as many were very dry and fibrous.

Survived moderate heat 70s in mail box and didn't melt. Very floral taste. Lavendar is quite strong

The taste is phenomenal and it has lavender in it so the taste is beyond comparison..I tried it first in Seattle and fell in love with this one
