Ruger LCR 38/357/22 Inside The Waistband Holster

I am brand new to concealed carry- Therefore, this was my first holster purchase (for my new Ruger LCR .38). I have had it just over a week now and absolutely LOVE it!!Not sure what I was expecting, but when I opened the package, I was not an instant fan. It has the carbon fiber pattern which I love but it just seemed so “plastic” to me- I was like “is this thing a joke....”. I had purchased it based on the positive reviews. One was from a Navy man who loves it and another stated it’s so comfortable he forgets he has it on. I thought there is no way on this earth anyone could possible stand to have this next to their skin (yes I’m a girly girl too) much less forget they have it on.... Glad I gave it a shot! I had it clipped to the inside of my jeans when I walked my dogs tonight. When I bent over I was like “oh yeah....” So yes, it is such a smooth holster, I completely forgot I had it on. Again, this is my first holster so I have nothing to compare it to, but I love how when you put the gun in, it makes the “lock in place” sound. It is completely secure; gun doesn’t move and won’t fall out. However, the draw is super easy, super fast! Definitely recommend!!

Fits perfectly and holds weapon tightly against my body and the reassuring click and tight belt clip are reassuring that nothing is going to slip out of place.Makes it much easier to conceal under more dressy situations where an OWB paddle type holster allows the weapon to ride too far from the body for complete concealment.Wear this under a sport coat and nobody has ever noticed.

This holster is DA BOMB! It is P.E.R.F.E.C.T.!!! I have NEVER had a better designed, better made, better quality, better looking, better performing, duty quality, holster in my 69 years! I wore it to work for just 2 days and I actually forgot that I was carrying my .357 LCR! CONGRATULATIONS TO BADGER HOLSTERS! I'll be back! You have no competition! I was pretty anxious to try this holster & my first impression was that I learned why the price is low. You're getting exactly what you're paying for & it's important to remember that you aren't paying very much.In this type of holster, I look for retention. After tightening the adjustment retention screw almost all the way, the gun was still way too easy to draw. I think I figured out what the problem was. The fit of the kydex around the trigger guard isn't very precise, so tightening the adjustment screw only squeezes the holster around one small area of the trigger guard. And, perhaps the kydex material is too thin. Not a holster I would trust.

The holster is excellent. Like others have said my Ruger LCR fits very snug. The fit is perfect and I am very happy with this purchase. I had never heard of Badger but I trusted the reviews on Amazon and I am glad I did. The quality of materials seems to be high and I expect this holster to last a few years minimum. At this price point you cant go wrong. Highly recommended.

If you have a Ruger LCR this might be the only holster you need. The gun has a snug fit and the material seems like a hard thin leather of some sort but looks durable. There's also a screw where you can adjust the fit. It is made to go on the inside of your pants not the outside so keep that in mind. Also, the shipping was extremely fast!

The Holster is fine in regards to fit, finish and craftsmanship. It just sits higher than I would like for AIWB especially with a short barrel / gun LCR.

This holster is thicker than other IWB holsters at the IWB attachment. It protrudes at least an 1/2 inch past the barrel making it not so concealing compared to other options. I do like the snug fit over the revolver for safety when under a pillow, in brief case or lunch box. However, this is not my choice for conceal and carry IWB holster due to thickness and it's obvious I'm carrying.
