Biona Organic Rapadura/Sucanat Wholecane sugar, 250g

My wife uses this sugar to make kombucha as it is one of the best for this. So, no complaint about the actual sugar. Unfortunately, upon opening this order, the interior wrapper of 3 of the 4 packs were burst open. We lost about 1/2 a bag in all and sugar spilled onto the kitchen floor. The plastic interior wrapper had burst open along the seam. I have looked everywhere on Amazon to contact seller directly to complain, but cannot find a link.

Best for coffee, cakes, recipes etc this organic rapadura sugar is about as good and pure as a sweetener gets unless you pay a ton more for organic middle eastern pine forest honey, or have access to pure sugar cane juice. Pine forest honey works wonders for throats and your immune system but ruins an otherwise competent recipe, which is why you possibly need this rapadura alternative as well. Or do you prefer granulated white ??? Why not? Well rats won't eat it preferring to starve, is a possible reason ...

I purchased this product for mix it with cold press honey to make a face scrub.

We had this instead of our usual sugar suggested as a replacement. Sadly it was dreadful and nothing like what had been replaced. The flavour was yum but extremely hard to get out of the packet sand definitely not economical line out last sugar product. Sorry but poor replacement. Many thanks.

I use this for making water kefir, lovely light texture and flavour.
