I've been through so many different brushes to find one that my poodle doesn't hate. With this one he seems to actually enjoy being brushed. No idea why this one is the magic brush, but for us it has been a game changer. It keeps him tangle free although we keep him in a short clip so that's not too much of a challenge.

Replaced a very hard version with this which is gentle yet effective. Works well on our Bearded Collies coat and they are both happy to have a quick going over with it when their coats get seeds and bits stuck in there, a summer time constant!

I have a small cockerpoo with silky fur that needs a lot of maintenance, and bought a larger size to cover more ground - mistake! This is too wide to pass between his front legs, so it is of limited use. Buying too big a brush was my fault, but this model also has the defect that the fine wires of the brush itself have untipped ends, and therefore are quite sharp on a puppy's skin. Other brushes have tiny plastic beads on the tips of the wires, which makes grooming slightly less uncomfortable for the dog - and when you're trying to brush a wriggly uncooperative cockerpoo pup, every little helps.

Lovely slicker brush for my German shepherd. Good quality build. Nice to hold. Not too heavy. Will buy again if needed but still going strong. Trust the brand.

Good brush and I would recommend. It’s strong and durable. It’s big brush face is perfect for larger breed dogs and heavy coats. Most important the dog likes it too

This type of brush was a recommend..and has not disappointed at all..its the first brush I've managed to finally use on my Schnoodle who HATES being brushed...well he does not mind this one at all..he looks perfectly lovely on brushing the tangles out and the small matted bits.. giving his fur a lovely soft feel..Highly tecommend..

Well built sturdy brush. Used on hairy retriever and works well.
