They shrink, especially in length.
The fabric is not very soft, it feels stiff. It gets a little softer after washing a few times, but they also shrink. The shirt fits better than the pants. I got the pants in small petite and they are now too short. I'm 5'1" for reference. Also, there is very little stretch in the waist, so they're difficult to get over my larger hips. You may want to size up if you have big hips, and get regular length unless you're under 5 feet.
