Red Robin Whiskey River Sauce, 14 Ounce

This tastes nothing like the actual campfire sauce you get in the restaurant. There is an unpleasant bitterness and a chemical aftertaste, aside from that it tastes like dollar-store fry sauce with a disjointed "smoke" flavor mixed in.

I was so excited to think I could buy Campfire sauce for home use, but this is NOT it. The color is completely different, and the flavor - so smoky, I can’t eat it. And I like smoky flavor. It just doesn’t taste particularly good. If you like really strong smoky flavor, you might like it. Otherwise, don’t waste your money. Mine’s going in the garbage.

This fry/burger sauce is SO good! Best I have had actually. You will never want plain catsup after you try this. The only downside is that it is $12 a bottle, so instead of bringing it out during family get togethers - you have to be stingy and hide it :-)

So I don’t live very close to a Red Robin so I buy this product when I visit their establishments. It wasn’t just me. I had 4 people compare the taste from 2 different Restaurants bought “ in Restaurant” vs this from a supplier. Everyone agreed. The two different restaurants tasted the same out of 2 Restaurants 600 miles apart but the Amazon purchase was different. Not Bad but Not the Same!!!!

This sauce is NOTHING like the sauce in the restaurant. The sauce is disgusting and was a complete waste of money. Extremely disappointed.

They just repackaged thousand island dressing. 100% NOT Red Robin campfire sauce. Nothing like it. Not even close. Don't waste your money. So disappointed.

My boyfriend and I are huge fans of Red Robin’s campfire sauce and were very excited to discover you could actually buy it. This however, is NOT the campfire sauce you get in the restaurant. It was much thicker, darker and tasted nothing like the original. I actually washed my mouth out with water after trying.

This is NOT the same campfire sauce my wife and I can't get enough of when eating bottomless fries or devouring a burger inside the restaurant. It's definitely thicker, almost syrupy and tasted no where near the same. We were definitely disappointed with this.
