I ordered this phone for its large screen - my partner's eyesight is not the best. That feature is good, the dual sim card thing works well, the camera is OK - not brilliant but OK. But the sound quality is terrible. My partner has just returned from Samoa with his phone so I could not return it within the support window. But if you are listening, Almeida, please could you give me advice on software that could replace this audio issue? My partner can hear other callers fine, on either sim card. But other callers hear a loud clattering noise as if a freight train is going past. it makes it hard to hear my partner's voice. This happens with either sim card. If this just an issue with this particular phone, please could you send a replacement? We will return this phone to you and pay for shipping. And I will issue an updated review on this and other sites. Thank you!

At first the phone seemed like a good value for the price. As I continued to use it each day it would not let me just tap on any of the apps to open easily like most phones do. Even when I tapped harder at least half the time if not more the apps would not open so I could use the phone normally. I couldn't make a phone call. I couldn't even answer the phone. I couldn't text. It made no sense. I sent the phone back. I'm very frustrated and no phone should work like this because what's the point. You may want to think twice before purchasing this phone. I do not recommend buying this phone to anyone. Big thumbs down.

If you have young ones in your house, I would not bring this phone home. First the phone it self seemed really well made for the price and it was the perfect size. it worked good except for one little things. I first problem was the pornography pictures popping up every 2 minutes. where it came from could not be deleted no matter what you did. even resetting the phone. I complained to the company, who insisted I did it. but this happened before I was able to but any app on it. then I read other reviews that said it had UN removable malware.

Bought two of these. Both phones worked for a solid week, maybe two. There's random advertisements that pop up and you can never remove. Phone is slow to dial and answer calls. Both phones have stopped working. One of the phone stopped charging, but would work if you kept it plugged in, though the battery never charged, it stayed at 3%, but as long as it was plugged in, you were able to use it for a few minutes. Neither phone works any longer.

What I dislike this product because is the fact I have had this phone for only 2 months and the phone has died on me and it won't even take a charge he phone is defective I will never buy this phone again.

The operating system sucks. Phone will download apps all by itself. I like the large screen but other then that it is the biggest wast of money.

The battery life on this phone is horrible. It goes from 100% to 30% while it's not being used.And it changes setting without you doing anything.

Got this as an early Christmas present for the wife, as she had killed her previous phone and was using an old flip until we found her something decent. The initial language was set to French, but was easily swapped to English, and set up took only a few minutes. I did have to manually set up APN's on the phone with Consumer Cellular, but other than that - no issues. Call quality is good, battery life is better than expected, phone is fast and responsive. There was a plastic cover on the screen (maybe the screen protector, as there was not one in the box?) that caused some initial worry as the touch screen was erratic and unresponsive, but once removed, phone operated just fine. The missing screen protector is trivial enough to not worry about knocking a star off.MALWARE - THIS PHONE IS RIDDLED WITH MALWARE. It's installed directly onto the *factory installed OS and applications*. There are *zero* installed apps on this phone, as I just did a factory reset, installed Malwarebytes, and it is showing *7*:Fakeapp.HB - Piggybacked into the Google Services app!Trojan.HiddenAdsFakegoogleRiskware.CooeeTrojan.Agent.AYGDevice Manager itself is a fake app. I'm contacting Amazon direct. These guys are out to bilk people and scam, steal, and otherwise hijack your information for clickbait, and other crap.
