The quality is good, easy to chew, tastes and smells good, the label says total 2 sugars and 2 added sugars.

If you don't need B12 it will cause weight gain.
Nothing wrong with the vitamins taste great didn't really help with energy which is why I bought them. After being on them for a month and some how gaining 10 pound with in the first 2 weeks I went on a very low carb, calorie diet, working out an hour a day and couldn't get the weight off. Went to the doctors had blood work and my vitamin b was extremely high, if you do not need vitamin B12 it will cause weight gain.. just a heads up to anyone who doesn't want to add on the pounds.
