I think this helps my focus. They are easy to take, quality is good. I don't take these for any pain relief or for sleep. There is not taste.

I bought these at a massive discount on a New Year's sale, when I was completely broke from Christmas, and would have been very unlikely to otherwise purchase them (at their regular price).My cognitive function is pretty impaired from both CPTSD/PTSD and physical injury (TBI), as well as severe, constant insomnia, and I had 2 weeks to study for the Property and Casualty insurance exam in order to become an insurance agent, from never having seen the material or knowing jack about insurance before that time. Bought this on a friend's recommendation, trying to get a replacement for the expensive prevagen. Didn't have the same effect. Seems ro work well for my friend however..
