Is this big enough fir the elite scale and the new main event rings?

Yes. It’s big enough. I was worried about the same thing but it fits.

Are the Inside & Top of Barricade padded at all?

No this is hard plastic with hard plastic pieces that hold each portion together. I bought this for my 6 year old and he would constantly try to move it and would break the small clips that held it together and then we ended up throwing the whole thing away

Is there a way to order extra connector? My son broke a few while putting it together

I am not sure. I bought my son’s about 5 years ago.
