Do you need an amp for these speakers or are they fine without one?

They will work and give pretty good sound without one, depending on the watts of your head unit. But they definitely sound better with an amp

If you are using the stock head unit without a subwoofer I would say No Amp. I did not install an amp and the sound quality is great! Way louder than my facoty speakers.

When I bought it - it was a set of two. They sound great and can handle the radio ALL THE WAY UP!

JB64ジムニーに苦労して付けました

JB64ジムニーリアへ装着。バッフルは無し！スピーカーからステーのみでバッフル取り付け穴3か所に固定デッド二ングは完璧なので問題無し取りつけて直ぐには、その音たるもの酷いカサカサの音でしたがなじんできた今（取り付け後約半年）素晴らしい音を奏でます。フロントも勿論ロックフォードを付けようと思っています。
