Probably better than a yoga mat. It is stiff and doesnt grip your hands and feet like I thought it would, but now its mine, so I will use it. Perhaps it is a better door mat. Let me know, I will repurpose it

天然素材で肌触りが良いのですが、少し硬いので床に敷いても丸まってしまいます。敷きっぱなしで使う人にはいいのでしょうけど。毎回丸めて収納しておくひとには向きません。
