Fresh out the box, fan seems weak balls don’t pop on there own. Anyone have this issue?

Same problem . Open for Christmas gifts,just bought the batteries and the balls don’t come up .. the fan is low

Generic songs, no names that I know but at least a few tunes that I remember from my own youth!!

How do you turn volume down?

There is no volume control and I agree it’s very loud. I recommend putting packing tape over the speaker to mute it.

Is this product really as good as advertised?

Yes it is. I first saw it when I served in the 2 year old class in church. The children love it. I bought this one for my 1 year old grandson when he was 9 months old. He loves it too.
