I decided to try this product after reading the book "Breath" by James Nestor and realizing how important it is for us to be able to breath smoothly. I find these nasal strips effective for improving breathing, reducing congestion, and enhancing sleep quality. There are significant improvements in airflow and alertness.Adhesion and Application: The strips stay on better than older versions, particularly for a person with oily skin, but proper preparation is key. Washing and drying the nose thoroughly—sometimes even using an alcohol pad—helps them adhere securely overnight. Applying lotion beforehand can make it difficult for the strips to stick.Removal and Residue: While removing the strips isn't painful, they tend to leave a sticky residue that can be difficult to wash off. Showering and gently rubbing the area can help.Overall, these nasal strips are highly effective, but one should be mindful of proper application techniques and removal methods for the best experience.

Best ones I’ve used. Sometimes have sticky stuff left on my nose the next morning after taking it off, but stays on the best. Others curl up and are hardly sticking when I wake up

I cannot live without these nasal strips! I have to use these every night. Breathe right strips stick to my skin better than any other nasal strip. They keep my airway open so I can sleep peacefully.

Great when they work! Every time I buy a box, about HALF of them won’t stick or stay stuck to my nose so I end up wasting at least half the box every time!!

I was skeptical to the idea of nose strips, but the moment input these on I was blown away at how well I could breath, or of the fact that I didn’t realize how badly I was breathing before! I can breath with such ease now, and I feel like it’s enhanced my sleep greatly. It doesn’t irritate my skin and I do have sensitive skin which was my main worry. It’s comfortable, and easy to apply. After I do all of my nighttime skin routine, I wait about 20 mins, then wipe my nose off with a damp towel. This helps them stick well. If you have moisturizer or serums on it will not stick well. So waiting 20mins for them to have soaked in well, before wiping what’s left topically from the area does the trick.

I wish I had believed something like this would work a long, long time ago. I have a deviated septum on my left nostril, and this keeps it open all night for easy breathing through my nose. There may be other items similar to this, but I'm so satisfied I will stick with this.

These do reduce my husband's snoring but most mornings he wakes up and it has fallen off even though he thoroughly cleans and dries his skin before applying

I was so skeptical about them but they work!!! I had congestion and could not use traditional medicine as was pregnant. They work great! The only thing is they are a bit uncomfortable to remove - use a lot of warm water to soak them first a bit. I was worried I would get a rash or acne because my skin is sensitivite but actually nothing happened
