The label says made in the USA and NOT tested on animals.

How good is this for itchiness? My main problem is the itch after I shave and I am looking for something to completely kill that?

It is perfect for it the itchiness after you shave. But you might have to use it more than twice a day for the first few days. But trust me, it will kill the itchiness.

Is this better than Tend Skin for ingrown hair?

I ordered this product and I actually received 2....one of them is clear and one of them has a tan tint to it? What color is this supposed to be?
