I absolutely LOVE it! It's very nice. Great item to purchase. This is a VERY GOOD thing to do for POSITIVE ENERGY, upLIFTING thoughts. My boyfriend and I put it on EACH OTHER'S wrists. My husband and I wear these all the time. I've gotten to the point that I feel naked without it! If you do the research, you'll find wearing this is more of a spiritual practice than a religious one. It reminds me to be my best at all times. I always keep a spare in my nightstand for when it finally wears off and often I'll take one with me and offer to tie it on someone I love.
