Hello. It is different from the Skin Hydrating Booster. BioLumin-C Serum brightens, firms, resurfaces, and fights free radical damage. It prevents and corrects fine lines and wrinkles and it combats hyperpigmentation. Use it as a serum step after toner and before moisturizer.
