Is there grain in it? does not say grain free

This one has rice in it, but the brand makes a grain free version. It is a little more money.

My dogs will not eat it after it is frozen & defrosted. A lot of moisture gets inside after freezing and likely decreases the flavor. My roll doesn’t last 7 days so it’s not a problem for me. I just cut it into portion sizes & use a special container that prevents air & ,moisture $|& the food remains fresh.

How is this 6pound tube of FreshPet shipped -- is it cooled somehow?

Yes, but when I bought this through Amazon it was when I had Amazon Fresh, which is another cost like Amazon Prime. I decided that was too expensive. You can get this tube at Target and Albertsons, & probably more places. If you freeze cut serving size pieces, it breaks up better. My dog loved it, but had to be put down at 18 years old.
