Review: I have been using Sebamed Baby Lotion for my little one since birth, and it has been the best choice. Best but pretty expensive
Tried Sebamed, tried Chicco. Felt burning sensation when I tried Chicco on my face, but Sebamed has been pretty good to use and with great fragrance. Chicco smells bad.

Recommended gentle body lotion for kids
It's a mild body lotion that is recommended by most pediatricians for toddlers. It seems to be working well for my One and half year old kid, specially with the dry weather that Bangalore has. Keep my kid's skin smooth almost all through the day, though I apply some at the night as well because the fan does dry off the skin here. The only good of buying it from Amazon is that the cost reduces compared to buying it at any pharmaceutical store.
