Good product and service
Was hesitant initially to purchase became it did not have many reviews. However, was pleasantly surprised with the product.The earpiece and the charging case lo9k and feel premium.The product works good and my father has no complaint.There is an App which allows to connect and helps tune frequencies for optimum hearing at different levels.I reached out to the customer support no on a Saturday evening and they responded immediately and helped me out.Overall, i recommend this product.
