Cooling, Convenient Spray That Takes 2 Mins To Dry. May Help With Redness & Spots
This is the first time I’ve used hypochlorous acid but I was curious after reading up on its uses and potential benefits for skincare. This comes in a 100ml plastic bottle with press down pump spray under the clear cap. It’s nice to see this is a UK-made product, too. It’s supposed to be a natural product, containing 90% pure hypochlorous acid. This key ingredient is supposed to be antibacerial and multipurpose, helping with treating and protecting the skin. It’s supposed to help soothe irritation/inflammation and redness, reduce spots and blemishes, and protect against bacteria and pollutants. It’s so simple and mess-free to use as you’re simply spraying it onto your face. Just make sure your eyes and mouth are closed, and spritz a little all over your face, or focus on any problem areas. The brand suggests using 3 to 4 times a day or as needed. Using a few times is less convenient if you apply moisturiser and/or make-up on top, but I’ve used 2 times a day morning and night as standard with the odd afternoon spritz when I can.It does have quite a medicinal scent which isn’t exactly pleasant, but thankfully isn’t sickly or overpowering and it does become unnoticeable a little while after application. I like that it’s cooling and quite refreshing when you spray it on. It’s obviously wet on application but it dries and absorbs after about two minutes, then you can apply moisturiser and whatever else as usual if you wish. My skin feels quite soft to the touch once the spray is dry, with no tackiness or stickiness left behind. It feels a little tight/dry in terms of sensation, but that’s most likely because I cleanse before using the spray so I do still follow up with moisturiser as this isn’t moisturising enough in itself for me personally. As to whether it’ll help issues with my skin, I’m not sure. I think, as is the case with most things, you need to give it weeks or months to really work but I can say it hasn’t made any redness or spots worse, so that’s a good start. I want to say some redness looks a little less noticeable since I started using this daily, but I don’t know if that’s a coincidence. I’m keen to keep using this as it’s so convenient to spray on with no mess or fuss, so I’d say it’s worth trying.

May be unpleasant for first-time users
If you don't arealdy use hypochlorous acid normally, it might be a bit unpleasant. It smells like an unclean pool, and not in a good way. the smell does go away after a minute or so, but people around me have commented on the bad smell. As someone with very acne prone and oily skin, i haven't found a noticeable improvement or difference after using it, and it can be hard to tolerate the smell.

Travel purchase
I saw this on plenty of socials and immediately ordered it for travelling. The product feels really lightweight and refreshing on the skin.

Handy spray for keeping skin fresh and clear
When I first tried this product, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. It has proven itself to be quite useful in my daily skincare routine. The compact 100ml bottle is easy to carry and convenient to use, making it particularly handy for a quick spritz after shaving or whenever my skin feels the effects of the Aberdeen breeze. I mainly use it to prevent breakouts on the back of my neck after haircuts, and so far, it seems to serve that purpose well. It feels pleasant on the skin and dries quickly without leaving any residue behind. The initial smell might take some getting used to. It’s somewhat reminiscent of chlorine in swimming pools, but this fades quickly and doesn’t linger for long. While I wouldn’t rely on it solely for hydration, it does appear to help calm redness and manage imperfections. It’s an effective spray that integrates smoothly into a busy day without interrupting other tasks.

Arrived with missing cap
This spray arrived with the plastic cap missing and it had no packaging of any kind. Luckily it hadn’t leaked but it doesn’t seem a very hygienic way of sending a product like this.I ordered this Hyclo face and body spray not to treat a specific condition but to use as a general refreshing spray. It does state in the product description that it is suitable for Vegans but there is no mention of this on the product itself. The bottle is plastic with a pump action spray which works fairly well but doesn’t produce an especially fine mist and tends to be a bit heavy and more of a droplet at times. You will need to allow a few minutes for it to dry before applying make up. It does feel cooling and quite refreshing as it goes on. The smell reminds me of the chlorine at the swimming baths. As to whether it actually helps your skin in any way I can’t comment. I do have sensitive skin and often have a reaction to using new products but this spray has not caused any irritation or redness. As a refreshing face spray it is ok. I received it free of charge to review as part of the Vine programme but feel at £16.00 at the time of ordering it is too expensive.

Very good
It's very good quality product. I didn't expect it to be as effective but it's very good. Not many products works for me but I was very impressed with effects. This will stay in my shipping list

Weird smell and no ingredient list
This spray arrived with no ingredient list which isn’t legal in the UK. It claims to be 90% hypochlorous acid so what’s the other ingredients? Also it doesn’t smell like hypochlo acid - I’ve used this for years so I’m familiar with the smell. Not a great product and not sure it’s compliant - I don’t recommend
