Noise cancelling is not working.

My first pair of wireless earbuds, I’m impressed with the quality of the buds and case and how easy they were to set up and start using.To start with I found the sound ok, but you really need to download the app and use the equalizer to tweak the sound and make them come alive.They don’t feel like they fit that securely, but I’ve had them in for a couple of hours and they haven’t budged, even tried shaking them out.I found the included rubber earpieces a little lacking in size options, even side by side there’s really not a lot of difference between them, however with the largest ones fitted I found it made the bass much more powerful.I don’t know why I’ve resisted so long, probably because the proper apple ones are so expensive. I think these are a good price / quality compromise.Marked down a star because out of the box the sound was a little flat and because I’d prefer them to sit a little tighter in the ear.

Really disappointed for the price(c.£50). The sound is pretty poor, like a on old radio with a tinny speaker, and worse than some cheap JLab mini headphones I have. The noise cancelling is pretty non existent, even in a quiet office with low chatter, and totally undetectable on a bus. I did have some Anker p3s, which were cheaper and superior in every way. Positives: the app and EQ is great, and these are better than most at this price for calls - the multipoint worked really well between music on my phone and a Teams call on my laptop. Attendees could hear me well, even if the noise cancelling in my ears did nothing.
