We changed from another brand to try these, & they have fulfilled the advertisement. They do provide extra energy, because they supply more oxygen. There's no taste, they're easy to swallow, & they are effective. There's a slight earthy smell, but not objectionable. As far as value, these are less expensive than what we were using, but we're getting the same benefits, same strength, & functions. We will purchase these again.

I don't eat red meat! This along with iron supplement improved my breathing! No more dizzyspells, & increased my energy along with restful sleep! When ur iron is low, it affects everything! But this is safer than eating red meat!

I love my force Factor Soft Chews so I decided to try the capsules instead. While they work the same, I have to take 3 of them and don't get that fun chewable before bedtime. I make my husband take these, because this brand makes the best. They have absolutely helped my anxiety and my watch tells me that my Sleeping Heart Rate variability is in the upper 200's now vs being in the 30's prior to taking these. My watch doesn't lie so these are a must have in our diets
