My oldest son just started soccer last season and he really needs some help. He isn’t good and I don’t know how to work with him. I notice his teammate just kicking a soccer ball against a wall to work on his soccer skills. He needs skills exactly like this set. This work with his agility. His flexibility. His accuracy.

These have been a game changer for our girls flag football team. I use them as defenders, so the receivers can run their routes as if there were defenders in front of them. It also teaches the quarterbacks to be able to throw in between defenders when the receiver is on their route. They are on a spring so if they get hit, they move with the direction of impact. They also breakdown and fit in a small bag when transporting them. I know most people use them for soccer but I highly recommend these for flag football.

I love this set because it's what we needed to help my son practice his soccer skills. It has different items that help with different skills. It's easy to use, it also has a carryon bag to transport the set, it's great quality, and durable.
