Surprisingly lightweight
It seems to be working. Definitely gets cold. Surprisingly lightweight fo4 an AC. Time will tell if it’s a good product.

It just can't cool down a small space
Shipping was great but I tried it out in my small Kia and even on high the temp continues to climb. I ran the car AC in the Kia to cool it off first but when I turned the car off the little unit just could not keep the temp down. I will probably return it.

Not a good product in Texas heat.
Camped by the beach in Texas heat, does not cool well at all, it has to be right in your face to get some relief, not a good product for the money one pays.

Good personal cooling fan
I bought this to cool my truck camper in the Arizona and Nevada springtime. It doesn't have the power to bring the temperature inside the camper down significantly, but it is nice to have it blow directly on me, especially at night. The flexible hose makes directing the airflow easy. 2380 BTUs just isn't enough to cool a camper. I guess that's why camper AC units are 13,500 BTUs and larger. But this works fine as a personal cooling fan in warm weather.

Definitely worth every penny!
I bought this air conditioner for a weekend camping trip and it worked perfectly. It was simple to transport thanks to the ergonomic handle and it was easy to set up. The cooling effect is powerful, and the adjustable temperature range was just what I needed. The unit was quiet in sleep mode, which was a huge bonus for me since I used it in a tent. It quickly cooled down my tent, and the drain pipe worked flawlessly to release condensation. Definitely worth every penny!

Not what expected
Not worth it so far. Is like a fan only and cheaper fans work better than this.

Great for RV
It’s perfect for a small space, we bought for the watts, needed something efficient for RV that doesn’t draw too much power. Usage for sleeping only as that’s much needed.
