I am a diabetic and like to keep these on hand. I could never find them locally so I decided to order a four pack. I now have some in the house and some in the car. Nice to keep on hand For company. Delivery was quick and on time.

The bags are a little on the small side for the price at only 5.5oz per bag. Each mint is individually wrapped so they can be dumped out into a bowl if you wish. Yes, they are sugar free... but you have to look closely to see how they've accomplished this. The primary sweetener is sorbitol, an alcohol form of sugar that 'can' upset the stomach of some and cause a loose stool. The other issue is the aspartame content which has been linked to some nasty but controversial issues/conditions. Just beware of this and do your own research to determine whether this is right for you or not. Otherwise, the flavor is definitely peppermint and they do taste sweet (just without the calories).
