Love the overall look, quality & functionality. It appears durable & you can actually pull one piece at a time & doesn’t roll the entire paper towels unnecessarily. Easy to install using the included 3M double sided tape under my kitchen cabinet. Included are some screws in case you opted for that.

I've upgraded my 4-stars from when it was first set up. Using it for a week or two now; paper towels tear off one-handed! These are half-sheets; I can get one, two or three consistently with one hand. All the way to an empty roll. Note the unit is installed vertically, though with these particular paper towels (Bounty), I believe it will work identically hung horizontally.Looks: The silver one looks just fine in our mostly white/stainless steel kitchen. It doesn't look like it's made of metal (it's plastic), but the color is a great match for stainless.Mounting/removing the roll: This holder has a firm grip on the roll, which is great for tear-offs, but gets in the way when mounting or removing the roll. It takes 2.5 hands to get the rolls on or off. This doesn't mean you need a second person, but it's a bit niggly to hold one side down/over while pulling the other side out and positioning the roller. To me this was a minor inconvenience. I'd rather have it work well when loaded than be easy to load and require 2-handed tear-offs.

Works exactly as described. Keeps just enough tension on the roll to tear off with one hand. Easy install.

First impressions: installed easily. Two screws. Dimensions shown are not quite right. Says its 5.5" when its only 5.25". See pics. Yes that quarter inch matters when you buy large rolls. That being said that is a full Bounty Mega Roll in the pic. You will need to pull both side out to fit in in though. Or push one side out with the roll while pulling the other out with your hand. Def has enough tension to feed and tear easily without half the roll spinning off. ITS PLASTIC. Feels rather flimsy so longevity.... Ill update later if it fails in short order. Loses one star for being smaller than the dimensions listed and for being straight up plastic. A solid metal would have been nice.

The double-sided adhesive is quite strong, and the device is nice and easy to use

My son installed this with the adhesive and screws to my cabinet doors under my utility sink in my laundry room. I have replaced the roll of paper towels, and it was easy to do. The paper towels also come off very easily.

Both ends adjust to accommodate any size roll. The towels pull off easily and the roll turns without binding.

This is the best towel holder I owned. They can be tricky to load but you get one sheet at a time every time. I have four of them and would not hesitate to recommend.
