Nice replacement knife...
Nice little knife, it was new and STILL in the plastic packaging! So glad to find a replacement knife, now the set is STILL a set!

I can calm down now!
I have the Henckels 20 piece stainless knives set which cost close to $300 so when I broke the tip off of my 3.5 inch parer (using it for something I shouldn't have) I was freaking out! I quickly searched the net to see if I could get a replacement and sure enough I found this listing along with a few others. This knife is priced right, arrived quickly, is exactly as described and is an exact replacement for the 3.5 inch parer. My set is complete once again! Happy customer!
