Excellent Helmet/Customer Service
I somehow ordered this full face helmet when I meant to order the modular. I reached out to HAX through Amazon explaining my mistake and asking how it should be handled, They suggested it will be quicker/easier to purchase the modular and send the full face back for a refund. The more I looked at the full face version, the more I liked it and showed it to my wife, who fell in love with it so I just kept it for her. My modular came the next day so I contacted them again, and both times received timely responses to my inquiries. A few days later I noticed a $30 coupon for the modular, so I reached out to them again and they were more than happy to refund me the difference. I read a few reviews that cautioned their customer service, but that is not what I experienced. They were quick to respond, answered all my questions, and issued a refund. I just got done setting both helmets up with Bluetooth intercom. I used mine for the first time yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the fit and performance. For me, having the ability to go open face at any given time quickly is massive. The vents seem to be in all the right places and they work well. I highly recommend this helmet and company. Excellent product, meets US and European safety standards, the price is very reasonable, and they are stylish. Go for it, you won’t be disappointed.

Good Fit
Very comfortable helmet. Fogs up a bit even with the vents open but seems very sturdy. Also one side on the lower part of the helmet seems to come out of its slot but still a great helmet. Hope I never actually have to test it

Insanely good quality for the price point
Did all the proper measurements and followed the procedures outlined in the fitment chart and I am just amazed by how well this fits. Having an "Intermediate" shaped head it can be a bit difficult to find onw that fits well and wont give you a headache by being so tight up front. The vent up front is phenomenal, the additional sun shade that comes out of the top sits perfectly above my nose. Although you can see it when its fully in the up position, its nice to have that reminder that its there. The interior padding is very breathable without sacrificing insulation. I did have to clip in a couple of the pins but I had planned on taking the padding out to install audio anyway so its not a big deal. The visor it comes with is a little dark, but for $30 I'd recommend getting a clear one as well as the mirrored simply for safety. And swapping that out is insanely easy.Super light with the airfoils at speed, can feel it apply a little bit of lift but not so much that it applies pressure. And it looks amazing, the flat black with the red accenting is right up my alley. 🤌🤌

Quick release is awesome, and it's comfortable
The best feature on this is the quick release. I don't think I could use a helmet without it!It's comfortable, and cool. Pretty noisy, but you should be buying ear protecting anyways. For the price I could not find anything in the same league

Overall Good for price
Looks and feels good, not an exact fit for my head. Fogs up pretty easily without pinlock/anti-fog insert. Breathable until it's too hot out. slipped out of my hand and fell a foot making a less desirable scratch on the edge of the visor, so I guess there's no protective film on any of the helmet which is disappointing. Aside from scratching easy, fogging easy without an insert, no protective film and the fitment is slightly too big...It works as it should. get an insert, open all the vent holes and you're good until you hit a red light in 82 degree weather.

It protects very well and has its certifications.
My husband ordered it and it’s great. The only thing is we thought it would come with a clear glass, but it didn’t. The quality is very good and it fits perfectly.

This is a loooot of helmet for the money.
If you've measured your head correctly it should fit extremely well. It's ece 22.06 certified and dot (not that dot means anything honestly) certified. I LOVE the design on the helmet which is honestly more intense than photos show, and I love the shape of it. It seems pretty well padded at least for the moment, we'll see as I wear it more. I was completely floored at how well this fit especially at this price point. I'd recommend this helmet no question, 10/10 no notes level of surprising. I don't know how noisy the helmet is yet, but it feels very comfortable on the head.

Came with damage to visor.
If it did not come with damage to the visor it would have been 4 or 5 stars, sounds not silent but much better than my older cheaper helmet, more so like the wind is on the outside and not in your ear however there is still wind and wind noise that is right there it's just not annoyingly loud. I prefer it's sun visor lever over having it around the rotation point even with a communicator. It does have a really nice build quality but the cheak pads have a plastic lip that tucks in along the whole edge making wiring from the communicator to the inside more of a pain. If it starts to fog it's probably because your not moving and lifting the visor for a second at speed clears it up quick. It's comfortable and has a great fov. I'm probably going to get a replacement visor but it really sucks that it came with damage and it wasn't from shipping I'm pretty sure. I'm pretty sure because it was under the vinal sticker they had on it. Oh I'm also really impressed with how little the reflective visor darkens your virw, like in low light it does make a noticeable difference but with headlights it's still completely usable but during the day it's barely noticeable in comparison like it's not even tinted.Still wish the pop down sun visor was clear tho so I could switch to night time mode
